None of the rooms were cleaned due to no housekeeping, what hotel doesn’t have sufficient housekeeping, the front desk person was rude and unprofessional (can’t remember her name) and made us wait for the shift change at 3pm at check in time..... the only reason our trip was saved was because a young lady Sarah came on shift and tried to help us as much as she could. Don't stay at the Woodspring Suites hotel My sheets were dirty with personal hair in the sheets. I asked to have them changed and was told no one could change them for me. As I am going to get mine, another person was coming from down stairs with their sheets. Never staying there again. Also you advertise having a stove. I was told I could buy the pots and pans, what a rip off. I had to put my food in the fridge and spend another $27 on food. I don't think the room was even cleaned from the last person. very unhappy

They didn’t honor my reservation. Said sorry there was a glitch and we don’t have a room for you. No one at lobby for ten minutes upon arrival

My reservation was frustrating I made reservation in hotel.com got confirmation I get to the hotel told me we sold out and hotel.com still charge my credit card

Do better They didn’t have bath towels in the room and nobody was there on Sunday morning at the desk to assist me with possibly getting one
