Disappointed! I was very disappointed to say the least. There was no paper towels. Only one bath towel when two adults was listed as staying in the room. No washcloths whatsoever. No iron to iron any wrinkled outfits. I was so not pleased with my stay there!!!!!

The “non smoking” room we booked reeked of smoke and made all of our clothes and pack n plays stink. No room service or towel exchange unless you pay a fee. Pillows were so small that they were basically nonexistent.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. I chose this hotel again because of I stayed here in the past and I knew I would be comfortable. This experience was much different different than in past times. Needless to say, this was my worst experience. Lets start out by saying my pillows for the bed were flat. The bed moved around, made noise, and wasn't sturdy. The cove base was coming off of my wall, and my shower had soap scum. It seemed as if my room wasn't cleaned to expectation upon my arrival.

Don’t waste your money When I arrived lobby was completely empty had to wait 30 mins for some to come behind the to check me in. My room had no towels wash clothes or toiletries. They elevator was broke and they wouldn’t switch my room from the 3rd floor.

The elevator was down for a day. Making it hard for me to leave, I was on the 4th floor and had to take the steps( I have a bad knee and back) wearing a masking. When asked when will it be fixed the receptionist said not sure, maybe Monday. That was it... so I had to carry my bags down in shifts.

My first room had no bedsheet, pillow, or blankets at all. Switched to another room and I was stuck between 2 loud rooms to the point I thought I was at the club. Horrible customer service by the night manager.
