To small, way to noisy overnight couldn’t sleep, they don’t supply nothing. Two towels no washcloths , no paper towels

At first glance everything seems normal and okay like the start of a bad horror movie. The room seems somewhat spacious and clean, apart from the cot like prison beds, but you get an uneasy feeling as you try to make the best of it and focus on the positives. Soon you realize there are absolutely no supplies like plates or a pot that you would see at a normal extended Stay. Unfortunately when I arrived my room was not ready, it took them a least 35-40 minutes to complete the check-in process. Upon entering the room, it was not cleaned and there was still dust on the floor. The front desk guy, Kyle, was so helpful and accomadating. Unfortunately he had a coworker causing issues for other guests, by knocking on their doors and informing them they were too loud.

There was no hot water. They have a kitchen but no plates pots pans forks spoons nothing.

I have to wait 1.5 hours to get my room. Is first time i had that problem

After attempting to check in for an hour for reservations make 2 weeks prior we were told that all the rooms were dirty! The manager Karen was not onsite but spoke to the concierge and told him to “shut it down” and we had to find another hotel. Place is a joke!!!
