Terrible place to stay! Hotel advertised kitchenette and stove top except there’s no pots, pans, or utensils. Call front desk and they said I need to buy them. How ridiculously is that? Sink was clogged had to call 4 times and 2 days later to fix. Call front desk and they say they have lots of things to do. Fighting, yelling, arguing in parking lot almost every night. Don’t ever stay here!
I wasn't able to stay at this property due to issues with checking-in
The front desk has Open and close hours. Very inconvenient.
Loved it had a kitchenette, customer service was poor, I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone showed to assist with checking me in. Also we were giving three different rooms 128 was being used as house keeping laundry,130 house keeping left the dirty sheets on in the chair. 130 was clean!
Arrived at 11:00 pm and could not check in as no one at desk and no one answered phone line. Had to go to another hotel.
