Good for a night, but an "extended stay?" i chose Extended Stay America for the location, price, and fairly favorable reviews. Front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. The check-in process was very slow, but I admit I was cheecking in early. Housekeeping staff were friendly, also, and greeted me in the halls. Only used room Was only there for one night and only used room. The bathroom door was broken and did not lock and when I looked out window there were boards just scattered on lawn. Room was very clean and has everything we needed

Comfortable, average, good for the price Th condition wasn't up to par. The flooring was new, but that was it. The case goods need replacing. The PM program HAS to be lacking, either in personnel, or management. Too many minor things. BUT, the atmosphere, the front desk agant, all good. Will try again.

Last minute.. We needed a last minute place to stay and we chose this Extended stay. The service was great and I have never had anyone at a hotel call me right away to ask if my room was ok. Everyone was very courteous and nice to deal with. We would definately pick this place again.

nice place to get work done I've been staying at this hotel whule taking summer classes at ASU and its been very convienient: location and the availability of the kitchen.

Horrible check in We arrived at 2:15, they told us our room would be ready at 3:00, we left came back and then they told us it wouldn't be ready for 3 more hours. Other people would arrive and get a room we told them we would take any that was clean and they acted like we had 1 specific room waiting for us but the cleaning staff wouldn't get to it till 6:00.
