Homestead Phoenix - conveneintly located I travel to Phoenix frequently (and used to live there), so I chose the Homestead Phoenix/Tempe mainly because of price (we got a very good rate for a New Years trip). I also used to work nearby and liked how close the hotel is to I-10. Overall, our stay was fine. My only real complaint was how thin the walls were. Home away from home for sure Excellent service. Very well located and close to everything I needed to get to. Will certainly stay here again on my next visit there

Very good deal Is a great location to travel to any part of Greater Phoenix. We went on vacation, but it seems is mostly used for people doing business and staying for a long time. It is a studio with kitchen, beds and a sofa bed, so is perfect for small families also. The only minus is that carpet had stains and when we enter to the studio it smell like someone had cooked just before we arrived, but nothing serious. Overall we definitely recommend it.

Nice Great location right near Pheonix airport and downtown Tempe. Room was clean, staff was nice and best price I could find in the area.

Good location- kitchen a plus I didn't realize I was booking an extended stay hotel. The rate was very good and the room was big and had plenty of extras. While not fancy, it provided everything I needed including: a desk, wireless internet, refrigerator, stove, microwave and close access to freeway and Tempe University. The only drawback of an extended stay is that the room isn't cleaned every day. There is an extra fee to have the room - refreshed. I didn't mind. I would stay here again.

Good Deal Suite was good size for our small family. Nice to have kitchen. Location easy to find, right next to freeway and close to airport.

Great value! Nice, roomy, very comfortable. The shower had really good water pressure ~ no suddenly hot or cold water like a lot of other hotels have. Very convenient ~ good location. Great value.
