I likey I cant stress enough you're getting more than you pay for here. If the room cost more than they did They might get a lower score... But truthfully they could double their nightly rate n still get the same rating from me. I just might not return. The location is tricky not too close to walk anything but a really short drive away from everything. Day at Homestead Phx Good stay although when arriving at our room there were some dirty towels on the floor. I did not know if they were used or what so what i did was put them outside on the hallway so somebody from staff would pick them up and take them. Tv volume was not that high and location of the hotel was hard to find. Other than that it was a good stay

Perfect for a business trip or couple's getaway Exactly what you'd expect if you were renting a Studio apartment is what you'll receive when staying at this hotel.

Not so close to ASU Though the hotel was clean and comfortable, one big negative is that it is not so close to ASU, or close to light metro rail stations or bus stops - so people who dont drive can find it trying to commute - and cabs are expensive if taken on a regular basis. Though I had booked for a 7 day stay, I had to move out in just 1 day and look for other accommodation that had access to public transport, for my daughter is a new ASU student and we needed to go to ASU everyday. I enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint was that the floor I was on smelled bad through the hallways and that my bedding was covered in dog hair so I had to request new blankets.,
