Good place to stay when you are not on vacation. I was grateful to find this place. I had a meeting at a college right next door, and didn't want to drive back home that night. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money. This place was fine and the price was right. No frills, but I had everything I needed. When I asked for a map of the area, the man at the desk kindly gave me one. The two women at the desk when I checked in were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Slightly iffy When we arrived there were no toiletries, no pen or paper and no towels.The management was very responsive to our requests but should have a better check off process for room readiness. The cabinets are dated and chipped, not first class, but basically clean. On the plus side they found and saved my phone charger that I left behind.

The desk clerks were all very polite and were happy to accommodate any of our needs.

Hotel near Prescott Pet friendly quiet area of town and nice staff and nice breakfast

large work table big room with kitchen and very large kitchen table, also can be used for office work table. Very good internet and easy to get on, strong signal. good lighting. No shampoo or hand lotion given, only soap bars. Have to bring your own shampoo ect. Bed and sheets and pillows very good , high quality and clean. Elevator good, 4 floors, NO BREAKFAST. Only BAD thing is Stairways not clean, smell, and dirty. They need to clean all the stairdways. Better to take the elevator up and down. Otherwise this is good place... read more

I likey I cant stress enough you're getting more than you pay for here. If the room cost more than they did They might get a lower score... But truthfully they could double their nightly rate n still get the same rating from me. I just might not return. The location is tricky not too close to walk anything but a really short drive away from everything. Wedged between the airport and ASU makes it a good location if you plan to visit the valley and go out n about to great restaurants and bars. Plenty of shopping can be done wi... read more

Day at Homestead Phx Good stay although when arriving at our room there were some dirty towels on the floor. I did not know if they were used or what so what i did was put them outside on the hallway so somebody from staff would pick them up and take them. Tv volume was not that high and location of the hotel was hard to find. Other than that it was a good stay
