The peole in the hotel were very nice. The rooms are a little outdated, but I would stary there again. Nice place to stay on a business trip close to where my training was. I would stay there again.

Hotel was good..Staff was helpful I thought my overall experience was good. The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful..The pool was closed the last couple of days so I could not swim in it each day.

Homestead at PHX airport We arrived a little early at the hotel. At most of the national chains such as Holiday Inn, Best Western, Marriott, Choice, Carlson, etc. even when I arrive early there is still a room waiting for me. This hotel did not. When the room was finally ready they asked me if I wanted to use the internet. I declined as most chains include free internet access with the room rate. "Great place to stay for a weekend in Phoenix" My experience with this hotel was very good. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to the airport. Shopping areas and other interesting places to sightsee, such as the Pueblo Grande Museum and the Phoenix Botanical Garden, are close by and easy to get to. I would stay here again on my next visit to Phoenix.

Nothing extravagant, but decent. Positives: Cheap price. Full size refridgerator, microwave, and two stove tops. Good location. Room for improvements: Clean, but not immaculate. Paint is old and faded, carpet is thin and bunchy in places, mattress is moderately comfortable. Average customer service. Negatives: Pool is cold, despite claim it is heated. No housekeeping unless you pay extra.
