I had reservation and when I want to the hotel and talk to the front desk they charge me and they charge me deposit then they told me let’s just check the room, after a minute he came down he asked me can I wait another hour because The room wasn’t ready He should have check the room before he charge me I think that is unprofessional just to tie me down. The room was clean however, the sheets were dirty, the remote didn’t work properly, the shower curtain was sour smelling, shower leaked. Overall the service was good I think there needs to be more care out into the upkeep of the rooms, especially since animals are welcomed.

Stolen room key I only used the room for a few hours to do some work. Upon my exit, I dropped my keys in the key card basket. Someone must’ve seen me drop because a few days later I was charged almost $500 in additional room fees. When I called to inquire, they stated that my room had cigarettes and the TV was stolen. When asked how I could talk to someone, they gave me a useless phone number and said there was nothing else that I could do.
