I did not like that we received no cleaning service and had to go to the front desk daily for towels. We had to dump our own trash and was not informed that we would not be receiving and type of service. I did not like that the hotel staff did not enforce mask wearing while in the hotel with some of their guests.

I booked this hotel because we needed a room with 2 beds and this was closest to the location we were going to be at the next day for a track meet. Upon arrival, I was told that they were short on the cleaning staff so the room I paid for was unavailable and I was "upgraded" to a queen with a rollout. Having 2 athletes that needed proper sleep, I chose to sleep on the rollout and it was not comfortable at all. I could feel the bed springs with every move I made. Comfortable little spot The hallways and lobby are a little dated, but overall a comfortable stay. There was a new paint smell, which of course means they repainted...hardwood floors is a nice change from motel carpet and the staff was VERY friendly!
