Not impressed My spouse made the reservation, but I could not check in without her being present, which was an issue because she was emergency admitted to a area hospital. We had to disturb her to contact Hotels.com to have me added to the reservation. The following day, I requested additional towels and was told I had to pay an additional $10. My spouse loves this place, I don’t and will not stay here again.

Room floors were dirty upon arival, floors were nevere mopped after 2 room services. They eben skipped our room one week. Our floors underneath the beds were neber swept.Finally an older gentleman cleaned our room, swept under the beds & he even mopped the floors. The kitchen cabinets were so dirty that they were stuck shut. Someone new has taken over we can surley see, the place is improving.

Sofa bed was dirty Sofa bed dirty was not able to use like if bed was peed on. Other wise room was clean.

Okay for the low price. The room was okay-small and although it was non-smoking it smelled like someone had smoked in it and had been cleaned with quite a few chemicals to try to cover the odor. The front desk continually told me how busy they were so therefore unable to be helpful when needing more towels (we had 2 for a family of 5) and no bedding for the pull out couch and as welll as some other requests. The water tasted disgusting, it was difficult to find our room as the outside lights were not lit at the time of arriv... read more
