Everything was great but the TV seemed to be going out. Losing power.

Not bad for the price It was a good room for the price. TV doesn’t swivel, hard to see from bed. Couch very uncomfortable. Everything was clean and didn’t smell.

Not impressed My spouse made the reservation, but I could not check in without her being present, which was an issue because she was emergency admitted to a area hospital. We had to disturb her to contact Hotels.com to have me added to the reservation. The following day, I requested additional towels and was told I had to pay an additional $10. My spouse loves this place, I don’t and will not stay here again.

Room floors were dirty upon arival, floors were nevere mopped after 2 room services. They eben skipped our room one week. Our floors underneath the beds were neber swept.Finally an older gentleman cleaned our room, swept under the beds & he even mopped the floors. The kitchen cabinets were so dirty that they were stuck shut. Someone new has taken over we can surley see, the place is improving.
