Home away from home. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly. Only thing I didnt like was the batbeque grills were nasty and not what i expected. The Extended Stay in Phoenix in the Biltmore area was better..

Staff was very nice. We had a late check in and check out was handled by Holly. She was very helpful to our situation during check out. We will be returning in the near future

Dirty Chairs!! The room was not the cleanest I have ever stayed at. In fact the chairs alone were FILTHY. We probably won't stay there when I return next year!

Clean, comfy and convenient Room and furniture older and not chic, but clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Hotel amenities very basic but there is a kitchenette.
