hotel is located nice to all malls and main road. all though the hotel was close to everything I was not to happy with the room being dirty and bed sheets not looking to clean and they did not vacume the rug, also the biggest thing was the storage dresser had someones old underwear in it still.

Not bad for what it is. This is a motel-type place for people who need a cheap place to stay for a week while traveling on business. I had to stay there because it was the only place with a vacancy in south PHX with a vacancy on Super Bowl Sunday. It's not a bad value, but you get what you pay for. Pros: It's inexpensive, but very clean and has a kitchenette with a real fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly. Parking right in front of your room. They have coffee and a little bit of fruit and so forth in the office area... read more

Hotel close to alot This hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was great. I think the only complaint I have is it is near a freeway and it's noisy. I guess living in a rural area spoils you and you notice the noise more. Overall though, the price was excellent. Didn't stay for the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Good for a over night. Friendly front desk agent. Clean room, a/c functional, dead lock would not engage. War mush water for showering and no coffee for " free breakfast" and one small muffin left at 8:30am. Over all solved the "where am I sleeping tonight issue" but maybe not a long term place.

not really a non smoking hotel the hotel was good for the most part except for the fact that the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel claimed to be newly renovated and now completely smoke free. Also, the comforter had a cigarette burn on it

Oh yea, like they read your requests - NOT! I had asked for a room near a handicap parking spot. Obviously no one even read my request as evidenced by the blank look on the clerk's face and then when I pointed out my request he simply said, 'well everything is on a first come first serve basis'.
