My stay was fabulous! Room was clean and staff friendly. However, it comes with a full kitchen which was great but didn't provide dishes or utinsals. The most important appliance to me was coffee pot and it didn't come with room! Would stay again but I will come prepared.
It was OK. Somewhat noisy at night. The condition of the room could have been cleaner.
Nice Room- clean and good amenities/ We came to Phoenix for a dr. visit. Had an issue with the ac. Staff was great about this. Manager on duty gave us a few options on what they could do to remedy the issue and followed through. The only compliant I had was the bed was pretty hard. But the property was nice and clean, and the staff did a good job.
