Did not stay because of poor condition of the rooms and safety concerns. We were told that there would be no charge since we never checked in. We were charged and they will not refund it after numerous calls and Expedia’s attempt to obtain a refund.

This was the nastiest place ever. Room wasn’t cleaned at all bed just made. Shower had a ton of Pubic hair. Floor made my daughters feet black, old urine all over toilet seat. Roaches. We literally left within 20 minutes.

Overbook and cancel your booking without note This hotel is the worst today 01/22/2023 we book 1 night at this hotel via hotel.com. We arrived @5:45pm and they said it sold out please call hotel.com which we did and this hotel don't want to refund my money but hotel.com have to rebook me with complimentary. Hotel.com customer service is excellent lucky me book via Hotel.com

Awful. Do not stay there!! Very filthy and the front desk staff argues with you when you report on the dirty rooms. Toe nail clippings on the floor Dirty microwave, foid spills left in it Pubic hair in the toiler bowl and the lists goes on... I left a list with the front desk person who was arguing with me about the broken showerhead. So unprofessional. There is a $200 refundable deposit that is not disclosed by Hotels.com and the hotel demands it. I did not receives our entire deposit back. Maybe because I complained about ... read more
