First of all Expedia booked me at this place and when I arrived they had no rooms available this was 6 days ago I’m still not received my money back to my card and are still fighting with them or Expedia I don’t know

Do NOT stay at this property. Rooms were disgusting. They smell like smoke, has toe nails on the floor, trash in the bathroom sink and no linens on the bed. The employee, Alex is the worst. He has no customer service skills and was talking about how bad the general manager is.

My one year old baby and I moved in for emergency shelter. I paid too much money for a week. The staff gave me a room to check the beds and bathroom was used and tissue and soup wraps on the floor. The staff said he showed a room to a couple b4 me and they stayed there for more than 30mins. I asked him if change the sheets and clean the bathroom but he refused. The room was nasty. Reception was calling me at 8am to find out what time I was going to check out. The break fast is just coffee and cookies. Random people walking the area during the night.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, I don’t know why it was rated well and listed as family friendly. I got there ready to check in and the man checking me in days before I check you in I want to give you the key so you can go see the room and smell it, I’m like why do I need to do that and he’s like because it’s a non smoking room and we charge a deposit if the room smells like smoke after you turn it in, I’m like okay that’s fine I don’t smoke, he says well go check because these are extended stay hotels and sometim... read more
