Do not book this property! Never have I been told before checking in that it is policy to check and review the room prior to checking in. Therefore, I knew it was suspect. Since I booked a non-refundable room it didn’t make a difference. I go to check in my”NON-SMOKING ROOM” and it reeked of smoke. It is obvious it is a smoking room. I go the front desk hand in my room key and let the employee know the room was unsatisfactory. The employee was dumbfounded that I was going to forego my payment. Bugs Checking in was a breeze and the guy was very nice. Room was nothing amazing. At night when we went to the restroom there were cockroaches all over the floor!! It was disgusting.

It was dirty specially the bathroom the door was broken, i ask the staff to move to an other room they didn't had anything available. Not staying here again.

Pipes were backed up(toilet, bathtub), staff would disappear for long periods of time, and phone in room didn’t work. Old, outdated room(1980’s appliances), place was not worth the rate I paid

The front dest receptionist was so rude! There were a bunch of kids cussing in The office area. Also wouldnt let us check in because he said gave pur room away because we werent there before 6pm. When it clearly read check in anytime.
