The floors were dirty. Property was not in good shape. Stoves looked broken

Go somewhere else They had no clean rooms to check into. He let me look into one room that was "cleaned but noone wants to stay in" no pillows, mess on the counters and tv stand, couch had stains. Hadnt even been wiped off. Smelled like smoke and a moldy carpet.

This was my first choice for the night and it was getto as can be with dirty rooms and facilities. I ended up paying for two hotels with out staying at them before i was comfortable at my 3rd choice.

Hotels.com is currently giving me the run around. Was never even able to check in. No clean rooms available, no staff on site to complete this, only 1 person at the facility working. Front desk was sending customers themselves to try and locate a room that was clean for them to check in.

Worst stay in my life!! Room wasn’t ready at check in. Had to wait hours for a room to be ready. A lot of other upset customers in lobby as well for many other check in reasons. Room wasn’t that clean. Floor was disgusting. No towels and when we asked for more they gave us 3 and said that’s all they have, mind you we had 4 ppl in our room. Hot water barely worked in the shower. There was no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. No hand soaps or any other bathroom needs. Only one half Roll of toilet paper. 1st hotel we've booked where they won't allow you to check in before you inspect the room. The room had a ton of small issues and if you don't document all issues they take it out of your $200 deposit. People were going through the trash outside and lingering all around the property after dark. We decided not to check in after inspecting the room and they wouldn't give a refund. Stay away!
