You definitely get what you pay for. This was one of the lowest-priced hotels in the area, but other than that, it had few advantages other than a kitchenette (the fridge was very clean, and the floors seemed newer). The entrance was fine. CONS: Dingy elevator, bad smell permeating the room, hair in the tub, damaged counter in the kitchenette, no supplies for the kitchen, no pool, cheap/swayed mattress, no daily cleaning services, lamp on one side of the bed only, no hangers, etc. Most of the room needed updating. When we arrived they told us they were overbooked and had no room with 2 beds. One of us slept on the worst fold out couch bed I ever saw.. We did not get the room we asked for. A refund did not help a sore back!

only Clean rooms once a week We stayed for 7 days and they said their "policy" is to not clean room until 8th day. I would've expected a better rate if they don't clean the rooms except for every week.

When entering our room I thought it was going to be decent, but then I went into the bathroom and there were cobwebs around the sprinkler head, there was gunk in the tub, and it just didn’t have that “clean” feeling for paying $225 to sleep there. The parking lot was covered in random water puddles which made it a challenge to get out of vehicle with our luggage. Never again! $182.00 for nothing! Dated, dogs running free inside and peeing on the piller right outside the door. People complaining while i was checking in about sheets not being changed after asking for 3 days. Said furnished kitchen not 1 thing in there. No hot water for tea, coffee was out had to wait while they made it. Creamer wouldn’t work. Muffins tasted like sawdust! Bed was hard and tv so small could hardly see it.

The hotel was overbooked on rooms so even after i called and made sure of a late arrival, i got bumped. Plus the were still going to try and charge me for the room.
