Customer service was not existent. I was not able to stay here because your credit card machine was down and I did not have the hotel fare along with an extra deposit to pay. The front desk person would not take a copy of my credit card to run through when it came back up nor would she call and do it manually. I had to find another room elsewhere and then you charged me anyway because it was after the cancellation time. Dog friendly but room was filthy.
UNHAPPIEST EVER After I booked my rooms in APRIL AND CONFIRMED IN JULY 3 weeks before I left, I get there they tell me they over booked, and tried to reach me... Thats a lie, as they had ALL my contact info. That left me with 1 hour to find 2 hotel rooms and pick up my 80yr old Mother from The AZ airport in 100 dgr heat. They offered me a free nights stay. “Breakfast” was coffee, hot water, and instant oatmeal. When requesting additional towel was told to bring dirty towel to desk first. Facility badly needs renovation.
It's similar to a 30 dollar a night hotel in Portland. Just fail.
Overbooked I had to find a new hotel at 10pm. Very unhappy. Still no refund .
What bs! After staying at this specific hotel last year for 4 months, I finally returned for a week's stay. I had to add more days for my stay and when I went down to the front desk to sign papers to renew I handed them my ID and was told that on their computer it was pulled up DNR, meaning do not rent. I had already been there an entire week handed them up my ID when I checked in and no one said anything to me.
