Excellent location, near downtown, close to everything. It wasn't the fanciest room but it was clean. It could use a little remodeling. Full fridge and kitchenette. Service was excellent.

Room was disgusting
Absolutely Disgusting Stay FAR Away! This place is a complete disgrace and should not be allowed to operate as a hotel. an absolute nightmare. The entrance and garden areas were overrun with homeless people, It felt completely unsafe, like a neglected shelter, not a hotel. The smell was awful a mix of mold, sewage, and who knows what else. Poor and unsafe stay It didn’t feel safe. Had to leave after one night. Fire code violations, stuff ripped out of the wall and just wires. Poor repair, towel rail broken and ripped out of wall. Loud arguments and screaming from neighbouring room. I left after one night, they said at the desk they’d reimburse into my account in 4-5 days, its now been almost a fortnight and heard nothing.

Signs say they're remodeling, and I hope it turns out well. Service was good, sheets were clean, and some of the furniture looked new. But I don't think they should have booked anyone in the room I was in. The room smelled rancid, and a leak under the kitchen sink left a pool of water in the cabinet. Room 148.

We came and they said they were sold out. After a few minutes said they did have our room. It was the wrong room but it was 10pm and we have a child so just needed somewhere to stay. It was supposed to be 2 beds and it was one full size bed plus couch with pull out mattress. When we get to room it was dirty and unsafe in areas. Mattress squeaked to the slightest touch, making it hard to sleep. Noise from the refrigerator kept us up at well because it was making loud noises. The room was filthy! There were animal urine stains, carpet stains, the room smelled like cigarettes, and it was absolutely impossible for us to feel even slightly okay to put our luggage in the room, just to name a few of the inconveniences. We asked for an immediate refund. The staff was very responsive and helpful in accommodating our request.
