"I booked a stay here knowing it was more affordable than other hotels in the area, but even with the lower price, the condition and cleanliness were far below reasonable expectations. You get what you pay for :-( Never again. What a big mistake. I had asked for an early check-in they said they had to clean the room. As you can see by the pictures even though I did get to check in at 3:00 instead of 4:00 the room was never cleaned. I mean NEVER. Pulled back the sheets and there were stains all over had to sleep on top of the covers . Pull out couch was broken . Doors had punched holes in them . Disappointing Room Conditions, but Great Staff I rented a room with two bedrooms and a kitchen area. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn't working. However, the front desk agent was very professional and promptly moved me to another room. In the second room, the air conditioning in the kitchen area also wasn’t functioning. Worst Extended Stay Ever Stay away!! Dirty and smelly rooms. Even hallways smell like smoke and marijuana. Transients are allowed to go in and take water from dispensers, and the “breakfast” bar. Nothing was done about the noise in hallways and loud music being played in rooms. The front desk guy was helpfull

Yikes Our room had no shower curtain, extra blankets, tv remotes, trash cans or towels. It was dirty. When I tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work. Our room was a good 5 minute walk to the front desk so we didn't Go down and ask for them at midnight. Also, there's quite a few questionable people wandering around. Several times I questioned my safety in an enclosed environment.

Checked in, receptionist said there was NO hot water until Monday. No empathy towards the situation, had already paid for hotel and did not have time to go somewhere else because concert started at 5 check in was at 3 and I still needed to get ready after a 5hr trip from California. The room was terrible dirty no couch no chair no desk looked nothing as promised when reservation was made. The bath tub was disgusting and I had to shower in very cold water.
