Was being remodeled upstairs. Room was so old with shelves falling off the walls, lamps did not work, damage in bathroom walls, fire alarm went off at 6pm and had to go outside for awhile with my grandchild. The next morning no breakfast to go bags were available as stated in reservation. Police were outside arresting someone at the front door. Will NEVER book this hotel again.

Not one bit impressed with this place. It is filthy, it stinks.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Extended Stay. I arrived expecting a confirmed reservation, only to be told I could not check in because the property was conducting an audit. This was never communicated in advance, and there was no warning that my reservation might not actually guarantee me a room. The staff offered no solutions and left me stranded after traveling, with no place to stay. Horrible and disaster Rude front desk lady. We get to our room and the bedroom area is flooded. Housekeeping came up and mopped up the water and as soon as she was done the water kept pouring in the room from the roof. The curtains were falling down because the ceiling couldn’t hold the weight. Called front desk and is was a man who said no rooms were available and said we couldn’t get our money back because we used hotel.com. I insisted he write something that stated what happened and he wrote one line and told us to leave.... read more

Me asignaron una recamara sucia y dure 20 min para que me la cambiaran porque no tenían información de cuales habitaciones estaban disponibles. Tuvimos que ir tocando en cada una para saber cual estaba disponible. Pésima organización
