I didn’t like the small entrance to lobby, water not softened, no ice machine, no HD tv, cheap loud exhaust fan, maid service only once a week.

Stay Here! Stay Here! Stay Here! Super clean up-to-date rooms with really nice furniture. I loved that I could sit at the kitchen table and look out the window while enjoying my breakfast. The area around it is super quiet. I highly recommend staying here. :)

They still had trash in the trash bins also no towels and when I called them I had to go pick up the towels and they only had 2 available the breakfast was just muffin and cofee

Bad service Night staff wasn't friendly. Issues with room key after I checked in and left. Floor was dirty. The toilet got clogged and took an hour and half to get it fixed and was told they couldn't find a plunger and was calling maintenance to come fix it. In the mean time we can give you another room close by. The extra room we were given was on the other side of the building. When checking out I explained all this to the girl and was told she would tell the manager but never offered a discount.

The rate was good for a north Scottsdale location. The hotel has a couple of restaurants within walking distance and more less than a quarter mile away.
