The place looked like a home care and smelled like weeds.

This property is not as good as a bad college dorm. Old, rundown, dirty.

Staff had no authority. Didnt care.

Don’t stay here! This brand has gone downhill. This is an extended stay where the amenities should include all loving staples such as fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, coffee makers , dishes and pots and pans. Their new service is you have to request these things when you check in. So we got a few dishes and that’s it. No microwave. We had a mini fridge and a stove that did not work. Without dishes and pans etc I guess that did not matter. We were there for 6 days and the pool and hot tub was closed for cleaning. Room was ... read more

Hate to write a bad review. This is an issue that can be sorted. But I would want to know if it was someone else’s experience. Bed bugs. On the floor, in the bed, under the sheets, in the corners. Large, various stages of development, and definitely a situation that’s been overlooked for a while. We left right away so we didn’t pick up any hitchhikers in our bags and clothing. Jan 2025. May be completely different at a future date….

Very weird room layout, terrible beds, felt gross
