Priced right This hotel is a great bargain for the money and has a good sized room with fridge and microwave. No daily maid service so if you can live with that you will have a good stay at this place.
Good location Not a bad room, the pool was conveniently out of order for our whole stay so that sucked. Other than that, nice location and easy to get to places in Scottsdale.

Bathroom wasn't very clean, sink backed up! Need to upgrade soap, shampoo etc. Towels old and very scratchy. Nice kitchenette, great refriderator.
Great place to stay We were in town for a training and like to travel with our own food - less expensive and healthier than eating out. It was nice to have a full size fridge that worked correctly to fit all of our food. The dish situation was a bit unusual, but not a problem (more dish soap would be good though). The only "problem" we had was a lack of oven for one of our planned meals. Other than that the stay was great and met our needs.
Great location. Smaller basic hotel in great location, walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, entertainment district, fashion mall. Quiet location. Tidy room. Nice to have option of kitchen, with utensils available at front desk. Small pool but always had lounge chairs available and sunshine. Suite had recent renovations. While daily housekeeping isn't offered (or necessary), enough towels etc available in room and at desk / pool.
The actual room was small, but it's nice it has a kitchen if needed.
If your not picky. Great location and price. Air-conditioner could not keep up and no flexibility for a latter checkout.
Great location and comfortable room. The room was clean and I love the location with close acces to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Scottdale downtown.
