Upon check in the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy. The room was terribly dirty. The internet was in an out the entire time I stayed there - never had constant internet service. There is no maid service so you clean your own room and wash your own towels. I stayed there for the convenience but I won't be staying there again.

The property was understaffed. The first time (I was a bit early for check-in), the person behind the counter in the office continued a lengthy phone call with a colleague without ever even acknowledging that I had entered. When I came back later for actual check-in, nobody was at the office. I waited for almost 20 minutes, then had friends drive around the building to find someone who could call the manager. Lordy, I now understand why high deposits are typically better properties because people really don’t care for properties and it shows. The cigarette smell refused to go away even with me bleaching down the bathroom. I appreciate the convenience and price point so I am not going to be snobby about it but whew! Extended stays need major renovations and to set a bit of a better standard to prevent quick rundown of your properties.

The worst customer service ever. They were rude and frequently walked away, left the front desk with the phone ringing, and never paid any attention to me as a customer when I was there having issues.
