I was accused of lying. They said i said i was checcking in alone when i stated i was checking in me 1. We also had a service dog with us so they kicked us out.

Wouldn't stay here again! Run down....dirty! Room

The hotel clerk was fine. I was booked in a handicapped room which I did not need. Why not save that room for someone who needs wheelchair access?The room was dim. All the lighting was so poor. The room smelled musty. I wondered if it had been cleaned. Both the burners for the stove and food on them. The furniture was pretty worn out. Also, a door outside my room kept being slammed. I think it was the laundry room. Last note: I have never written a poor review for a hotel. I am easy to please.

DISGUSTING Our room was nasty! We found someone's old dirty clothes in the dresser and used magnesium foot rub left in the cabinet. I did not appear that anyone cleaned the room after the people left, only the bed had clean sheets but the comforter was dirty

We liked the price but sadly it wasn’t worth $180 a night, the bed was not comfortable,you could feel and hear the springs. Restroom needed some TLC,shower had mildew stains and the sink was covered in soap scum. Our last night had loud tenants above us cussing and fighting with their kid outside our door in their busted up van yelling “momma” idk what was going there but it went on until after midnight. Thankfully it was our lastnight there.

This property is completely run down. The bed was smaller than double-sized (even though my reservation was for 2 people). There were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter, mold in the bathroom, missing cabinet doors, the water smelled of sulfur and there was “business” happening outside the room door in the parking lot all hours of the night.
