Not great experience Check in was fine. However, upon entering the room, we noticed there was no toilet paper. Tried calling the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. Used the sink to wash our hands and it immediately clogged up. The entire room was not great. The kitchenette was missing pieces and some parts were just laying there and made the overall feel of the room seem dirty. Will not be staying here again nor would I recommend to anyone even for one night.

Worst service ever Didn't get to stay because staff there do not communicate properly with eachother or customers. Was treated very rudely and had my reservation canceled for no good reason.

I’ve had luck with Extended Stay hotels before but this was not one of them. Room smelled like smoke, it wasn’t properly cleaned and there was still a lot of old dirt behind chairs and tables. WiFi was out the entire time I was there (11 days) and I got very little explanation why from management. Front desk associates were seen without masks talking to guest almost every time I was there. This will be the last time I stay with Extended Stay.

Disappointed and disgusted customer The customer Service was good but the overall hotel was disgusting. I requested a refund and left. I could not bring myself to stay there. It was supposed to be special for my man’s birthday and I was embarrassed taking him in there. He would have never done that to me.

This has been an absolute nightmare of a stay. When I made the reservation I requested a handicap room. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. I got here and the room they put me in wasn't clean. There is a part of the bathroom wall that has been cut out and is taped back up. The paint is peeling all over. The room was dirty and the phone didn't work. There is MAJOR police activity every night. I have to stay til my apartment is ready so I upgraded to a 3 bed room so my sister could come stay with me. That room was dirty too, ... read more
