I found for bugs to on my bed and to on the floor I had photos of them went to the manager by the name of Troy and instead of offering me another Room he just said that he would check me out of the hotel and I traveled from another state to stay here and the rooms were dirty when I got my shower and with to my bed my feet were black and it was just a very dirty Room do not stay here

They ran out of towels and could not get any clean ones the floors are not swept in clean I don't even think they're even mopped because I found a dead bug and Cape and dirt under the bed by the bed

Total disaster. For Scottsdale being the "best part of Phoenix" this hotel was the worst! Stay away. Broken bed. Dirty fridge. Dirty bathroom with hair in the tub. And this was after they moved me rooms to the one I actually got.

Sad but True It was terrible at the least. No record of my reservation that was made 5 days prior. A bunch of homeless looking people hanging out in the parking lot and rooms or drug dealers. Night clerk tried to give us 2 dirty filthy rooms. That place needs help. Don't take your family there!

No ac, toilet was stopped up, bed was uncomfortable But the cable was ok.
