Didn't understand why there was no hair dryer in this bathroom and it had a leaky sink pipe.

Helpful staff I've used this hotel twice within one week. First reservation was to arrange a room for my tenant. The air conditioning in the apartment was down during a heat wave with temps in the upper 90s. So I put her family up in a room. She's a fussy tenant and I had arranged and cancelled and rebooked a room several times within an hour. The staff were very helpful in getting her needs taken care of. Not too bad My husband and I arrived after 12am, the front desk clerk was not in such a good mood. She was rude with clients waiting to check in. Other than that, our stay was okay. Quiet area, shuttle to train station. Overall our stay was pleasant.

It was fair, cabinets needed cleaned and refine because theyou were falling apart. When asked for kitchenware to cook was told that attendant would be told, after hour and half, had to go to front desk and was told sorry the one and only attendant present wad checking people in and he would get out when her could, another hour pay and still no kitchenwareason this was at 730pm, and it was requested at 5pm.
