When I checked-in Jerome, the desk receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. I asked for some more beddings and Naveen at the linen dept was equally very helpful and pleasant.

Impressions of Extended Stay I have stayed at this hotel several times. The main attractions are: reasonable price, full kitchen, good location, friendly staff. Pet peeves: cheap, flat pillows; a gardener who sometimes goes to work at 7:15am with a leaf blower; breakfast service runs out of coffee sometimes. However, I plan to stay here again and so overall the experience is positive.

Very nice It was great had a blast except when. I dropped my iPad and never saw it again that's like the 300$ but hotel is nice

Friendly staff and a good night's sleep This hotel is a little on the older side, but it was very comfortable and the staff were more than accommodating. Our only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell between the first and second floors. It would be nice if this hotel could be completely non-smoking.

I was just there to have have a couple of hours of sleep but the experience was good. Comfy bed and room was clean.

Atleast there's a lot of stuff in the area My stay was ok.... I didn't like that if I needed and household utensils (plates, cups, forks) I would have to obtain them from the front desk. I wanted to use the bathtub but the front desk was out of drain stoppers. Fitness area only had 2 machines NO weights. The hotel's elevator wasn't properly working on my checkout day, so I had to carry my bags down the steps which include my Heavy Toolbag.

Priced appropriately for what it is Staff was friendly and courteous but the hotel itself was problematic in terms of the deodorizer they used to cover the smoke smell was quite overbearing, elevators went out multiple times, quality of the fixings was quite poor, breakfast was a selection of muffins or granola bars and coffee/tea. Stayed because the price was right.
