WORST HOTEL IN PA !!!! THIS WAS THE WORSE HOTEL I HER STAYED IN !! THE FRONT DESK GIRL WAS EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT SHE WAS DOING! SHE PUT ME IN A SO CALLED CLEAN ROOM WITH URINE ALL OVER THE TOILET SEAT,I MOVED ROOMS THEN THAT ROOM HAD BREAD DRUMS ALL OVER THE COUNTER, I MOVED ROOMS AND THAT ONE SMELLED LIKE A SEWER AND HAD DIRTY TOWELS HANGING IN THE SHOWER !!!! LAS ROOM THEY MOVED ME TO ACTUALLY HAD PEOPLE INSIDE !!! WOW..... HORRIBLE STAY NOT TO MENTION THAT SOMEONE TRIED TO ENTER MY ROOM 3 TIME BECAUSE... read more

Definitely not a three star hotel Was very disappointed. Small lobby. No business office. Interior worn down. Despressing. The best part was the location. Lots of stores and restaurants and fairly close to the airport. Would not use this hotel again. And DEFINITELY should not be advertised as a three star hotel. Far from it.

stay away the inside of all of the drawers were dirty. the cabinets and refrigerator in the kitchen looked as though they had not been wiped down in weeks. the dishes they provided were still dirty despite there being a dishwasher in the room. and the pillows were old and flat. Location was convenient. I would NEVER stay here again. I was very disappointed and embarassed when my wife and I walked into the room.

They were friendly and accomodating. The room was nice but they advertised a swimming pool which is closed until August. The kids were quite disappointed.

Never Again!!!! Will never stay again! Dirty hotel in very nice area. Bed small, bed was suppose to be a queen, it was more like a full. Refrigerator dirty.

Nice staff. Poor Cleaning. The rooms are not cleaned every day. We had to ask for clean towels every night. Were forced to change rooms twice when a toilet backed up. Cheap rate, nice location, but a frustrating experience.

Not recommended Arrived late (1 AM), but had to bang on the gate for five minutes before someone showed up to check me in. Third Floor hallway smelled strongly of smoke Coffee Maker in the room didn't work There was a condom under the bed Good news - no bedbugs at least. The toaster in the lobby didn't work either (morning bfast).

Crummy The hotel was hard to find, the front desk(old man) was rude and not very helpful. The "free breakfast" was a joke, a couple of pieces of fruit and some packaged bagels. The building was in bad shape and stunk like smoke. The walls were paper thin, I heard the guy puking all morning next door. Living quarters were tight but the kitchen was decent size. The cleaning staff was intrusive. The surrounding area was the only saving grace.
