Not returning The hotel room was ok but the parking lot and hotel were filled will truckers and construction workers....maybe having extended stays. There was a lot of truck noise and questionable behavior. We wondered it it was a stop for those interested in a prostitute! Very questionable!

I had to book a property very quickly as my flight landed later than expected. I saw Extended stay and chose very quickly. Wow, did I make a mistake. First of all, I got there around 1am. It took nearly 25 minutes to get checked in as the computer was running some sort of a report. Once the report ended, it took another 10 minutes to get checked in, I even had to run my card twice. Disappointed Windows filthy, no top sheet on one of the beds, lobby trashed. Pool filled in with concrete. Trim not complete in bathroom. 1st floor smells like curry 24/7. Management needs to step it up here. I will not be back to an extended stay anytime soon. Way too much money for a sub par place.

Front entrance was really dirty ,elevator was even dirty with stains on everywhere. Breakfast was just Nature valley bars and Apple. No regular milk or cream for coffee.

One room ready, the other one was not at 5pm.They said they would have ready when got back from the concert. They called when it was done. When we came back to hotel, the desk person was rude .

Unhappy stay Very unhappy stay at this hotel. The room that we paid for had a very horrible stove we could barley hear anything up, The room was suppose to come with dishware that was suppose to be brought to the room upon request which that never happen my husband had to go downstairs to bring up the 2 small pots in which they had. The blow drier in the bathroom was horrible it would make this lawn mowing noise everytime I switched it on. very disappointed! I had pre payed for my room and completely out of my control my flight was cancelled so I was unable to get to the hotel in pittsburgh. To my disbelief and very disappointed shock, this hotel refused to refund me for my room!! Again completely out of my control that my flight was cancelled I have never been so horrified by this hotels decision to not grant my refund!
