I guess you get what you pay for. This property in in DIRE need of a make over. The rooms should be gutted and completely re-done

Worst in the area The room smelled horribly. The toilet leaked, so there was a constant puddle of water on the floor. Thankfully I only spent one night and will not be returning. There are much better options in the area.

Horrible Customer Service Worst Customer Service! We booked our room on hotels.com after 12am causing some confusion. We were in need of a room last minute and called hotels.com to book the room. We arrive and are greeted by a rude, unpleasant lady at the desk. Sorry we inconvenienced her by booking through hotels.com and arriving at an unusual hour. Could be better. The hotel called me 2 hrs. before, I was to arrive to tell me I had no room available. Keep in mind, I paid for the room a week in advanced.then I received a second phone call stating that a room was found but needed to be clean. Then manage your own staff, had to clean the room before me and my family are right. The room was mediocre, the beds were comfortable. However, the sofa bed had debris and trash under the pillows. Check into the room to find the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The staff felt bad and comp or stay but that should not happen.

To sum up the first night.. Yes we cancelled the second night. My only advice besides not staying at this hotel is to pull the sheets back and make sure there's no blood on your bed like there was on ours. Horrible, dirty, smelly hotel

Needs demolished This place was the worst I have ever been to. When I got there they said my reservation wasn't in the computer which is bull because I saw a paper on the desk stating my reservation got cancelled which was a lie. Then I went into the hallway and it smelled like smoke and it was disgusting. By the way the first room i reserved was non smoking and they forced me to have a smoking room. Zero front desk assistance and late room cleaning Super disappointing and no breakfast although advertised as providing breakfast.
