Smelly room I've stayed in extended stay plenty of times, the room was clean but had a funky smell that I could not get rid of. Our key cards kept deactivating and had to be replaced a couple times which was annoying.
Close to Heinz Field Overall just about average, only real nice thing is that it is close to the stadium so travel is cheap. Staff was very friendly but wasn't always available. Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast that was offered in the morning was nothing more than granola bars and coffee (they were out of sugar) but hey it was a cheap stay so you get what you pay for.
Not happy My stay was ok, got charged twice for my room, the fiont desk had no clue as what she was doing. Check out the next day, front desk immediately knew what the problem was, still waiting for my money to be refunded..
Great front desk staff The staff are friendly and helpful. We came in late and left early but they were very courteous. Very clean. Bed was ok. Water took a long time to warm up but overall a good place to stay and I would return. Would recommend Fiona as a greeter!
