The young man at the front desk was so helpful . Excellent location, right outside Pittsburgh. Well worth it.

Economical choice after attending a venue in Pitts Stayed for one night after attending a venue at Heinz Field and left early the next morning so we did not have a chance to experience the entire hotel. For our purposes, the room was clean, affordable, night attendant friendly and helpful, - that's all we needed
Needs improvements The price was right and for a long stay the kitchen was helpful. We were on the 3rd floor smelled of smoke even though we were on the non smoking side. The hall way was stuffy and room room. Common areas could have been cleaner; group of people drinking beer and spilled all over front sitting area. Room was comfortable and clean,

In response to your feedback, we have moved the front smoking area to the side lawn so no other guest will be disturbed. As well, our housekeeping staff has cleaned the front room to ensure the mess does not affect other guests. Thank you for your time again and we hope to see you again soon.
Smokers We were non smokers & stayed in the "smoking" section - woke up with a horrible cough due to the smell of the entire floor...otherwise good stay.
No Ice Machine Couldn't believe there was no ice machine anywhere on premises
I loved that hotel.. was very clean n nice..
second stay and will continue more getaways there GREAT!!!!
