Needs improvements The price was right and for a long stay the kitchen was helpful. We were on the 3rd floor smelled of smoke even though we were on the non smoking side. The hall way was stuffy and room room. Common areas could have been cleaner; group of people drinking beer and spilled all over front sitting area. Room was comfortable and clean,

In response to your feedback, we have moved the front smoking area to the side lawn so no other guest will be disturbed. Smokers We were non smokers & stayed in the "smoking" section - woke up with a horrible cough due to the smell of the entire floor...otherwise good stay.
No Ice Machine Couldn't believe there was no ice machine anywhere on premises

The hotel is a very nice place with easy access on and off of the freeway and just a few miles from Pittsburgh. The breakfast is oranges and apples with granola bars and instant oatmeal along with coffee. When I am in Pittsburgh again I will stay there.
Mediocre Hotel Check in was fine, check out was fine. Hotel seemed in dire need of update and cleaning. There was a bug in the room as soon as you walked in the door. The wallpaper/wall was peeling in the bathroom badly. The shower/bath itself was cracked to the point of actually having a hole. Felt like I was staying in a friends shoddy apartment instead of a hotel.
Terrible stay No hot water from beginning to end. Not offered compensation.

The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. There were burn marks in the carpet, on the chair, and on the sink from burning cigarettes. I wouldn't stay again. The staff however was very friendly.
