Terrible I never stayed I arrived at the hotel and they said I didn’t have a room that they overbooked and I had already called earlier that day to confirm and I had already paid for the room

One of the worst hotels I have stayed out. Liquid sprayed on the ceiling and not cleaned, broken, laminated, cheap furniture, no staff available in early morning or later evening hours. Trying to exchange small bath towels was a challenge. No coffee maker or anything to make a hot drink. Counter staff were rude and scolded me for trying to get clean towels. The property itself felt more lived in than a place to relax at. There was individuals loitering outside of the establishment. Entering the room, the burners were beyond used, rusted color. There was dirt and rust looking spots on the refrigerator. The drawer had a used napkin, along with other miscellaneous items. Tv stand missing a piece of wood. The bed covers had stains. Worst front desk service Front desk very unprofessional. They had no rooms available though I had confirmed and paid hotels.com registration.

The hotel manager tried to make things right with our stay but it seamed from the very beginning it was bad. we were seriously thinking of leaving and going to a different hotel across town but for some reason we stayed. We were told that we would get our room switched on Saturday but that never happen. Friday night wife was in the bathroom to find a roach on the floor that i killed. that was the only one we saw for the weekend.
