My room was easily accessible. All the staff members were pleasant, polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and cooled the room quickly and quietly. The bathroom had the best exhaust fan I have experienced in just about any hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Easy to find and convent
Not best service, but clean and comfortable room I've honestly never been to a hotel where no one was at the desk when I walked in. Because of work, sometimes I have to check in after 10pm, which was around the time I walked into this hotel. I waited ~15 min and saw no one. Especially when you're tired, it just feels like a pretty long time to wait. The number I called connected me to headquarters, who in turn began calling the hotel on my behalf.
