I know you can do better. I did not have hot water on my 2nd night. For the 2 days and 2nights I was there there was no housekeeping.

Room service sucks! It was OK, called desk for clean wash cloths and hand towels and was told they had to be washed and would bring them to my room when done. Never got them! Your facility does not clean rooms and change linen but once a week?
