Stayed on 3rd floor, has some issues with drainage in the tub.. otherwise great stay

Convenient and affordable I liked the setup of the room and it was cozy; the room was noisy, the bathroom door squeaked every time I opened it, the heat made noise every time it turned on and off. I stayed a total of 4 days and housekeeping did not come in once to change a towel or even the garbage.

Cost efficient hotel I stayed for the evening and everything was clean and ready for me. Check in and check out were prompt. It was nice the room included a full fridge.

Hotel is a steal I have stayed at this pain before this is the nicest property that I've seen. It was a third of the price of most of the hotels in the area. Who was in great condition people were very friendly. Enjoy the fact that I could walk to Primanti Brothers and eat and drink.

Disapointing stay When finding no amenities in the room, told by check-in staff (proudly!) that all amenities (hair dryer, coffee maker) had to be requested. Nothing was left in the room. No decaf coffee anywhere or anytime on premises. Did not even provide a plastic cup in the bathroom! Continental Breakfast was worst and most minimal I have ever experienced (with of course no decaf, instant or otherwise) and no apology for any of the inadequacies.
