Good hotel for the price. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room and bed linens had a funny odor. This would not stop me from staying at this hotel again.

Can't go wrong at this clean, comfortable hotel Large room, very clean, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette. Lisa at the front desk was delightful. Everything was fine. I will stay here again. Only problem is the one-way road that the hotel is located on. But that's not the fault of the hotel.

Ok but can only exit one way onto the road. This was a pain as we had to go in the opposite direction to Eat. The room was clean and nice the kitchen was ok but we had no use for it. The staff was kind and courteous. The grab and go breakfast was not good at all coffee tea and a small muffin or granola bar.

Basic Hotel was fine for what we needed . The room had a strange odor but we were in the pet friendly room traveling with a dog.

College move in Needed a last minute room to move my son into the frat house at Carnegie Mellon, this is a little further from campus than I wanted, but it worked fine. It was clean and reasonably priced and that's what I was looking for.

Great place for pets Enjoyed the 1st floor room, made it very easy to take my 2 Boxers in and out. Bed was comfortable and staff was available 24 hours. Great value for any traveling pet owner. Will stay there again.

Pleased overall but a touch of disappointment The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. While the hotel appeared to be booked and the beds were comfortable, we were disappointed that we had booked a king bed and were provided with 2 double beds. There was a dripping noise that appeared to be in the pipes above us or in a vent -- only a little bit annoying.

Made a bad day worse I checked in, put my things in the room and left. Less than an hour later, I found out my brother had died unexpectedly so I returned to check out. This was still before the cutoff time when I could have cancelled the room. I understand that they did not need to refund my money but it would have been a nice gesture given that my things only sat in the room for less than an hour. Through my sobbing, I explained what happened at the front desk and was told that I had prepaid and "you are good to go".
