Room was pretty clean, however, a pair of sunglasses(not mine ) were on the floor beside the bed. Therefore, I don't think the room was cleaned very well. Pillows were piled on the bed with no pillow covers. I had to go downstairs and ask if I should have covers

Clean, and the staff was great!! The only thing wrong was that every time we entered or exited there were unhealthy people hanging around

1st time at extended stay I would definitely go there again. It was an emergency stay. We had to go to a funeral and because it was a holiday weekend, we couldn’t find anyone to take care of our dog. We have never left our dog in a room b4 and she was very good. It really helped us in a tight pinch.

Nice hotel, close to everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Only downfalls, no ice machines and breakfast was oatmeal packets, muffins and granola bars. It could have been a little better then that, we could have went to the store for that kinda stuff.

My daughter and I stayed here when attending the Taylor Swift concert. When we first checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. Then once we went to the front desk for a second time the new room had an old used bar of soap still in the shower and there wasn’t a remote for the TV. I called the front desk but they were unable to provide a working remote for the TV. We also requested shampoo and conditioner and they didn’t have any conditioner at the front desk.

No one at receptionist desk upon arrival. Called the phone number they suggested and it was at satellite location miles away that could not help me check in. Had to scour the hotel to get a maintenance man to go find someone. Keys then did not work on the door, had to chase someone down again. Second day the bed was not made nor the towels taken and refreshed. I was then informed they change sheets/towels at 7 days. I was not informed of their process. Poor communication.
