Great hotel for a great price Extended Stay was just what we needed in a hotel without the enormous price tag. The front desk was professional and asked each time they saw us if we needed anything. Upon checking in I was asked if I needed kitchen supplies, I asked for the full kitchen and it was delivered to my room before I returned from the grocery store. We were on the first floor facing the parking lot and the room was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and gracious Very very comfortable. We got the same person on each of our separate stays at the front desk. This lady clerk, who checked us in, was so helpful, friendly and gracious. A very good person to be inviting people into overnight(s) stay(s) ! ! The morning fare could have been a bit more "fresh" (fruit or juice or?)

Bottom of the Extended Stay's The room was clean and the staff was friendly however, the room amenities had been stripped down to below what I would usually get at another standard stay hotel. No coffee cups, no coffee maker, only a couple of utensils in the drawer resembling something from a yard sale. I paid more than the average rate for the area and was very disappointed in the amenities. I think the management re-examine what the definition and policy of what an extended stay hotel represents.

No bad for the price Check in and check out were easy. The location was great for the meetings I needed to attend. One major complaint though is that this is not a nonsmoking hotel. My wife thought I took up smoking during my trip as everything I own smelled of smoke. Breakfast service was a little late too. I had to be out prior to 7 am, so this was something that I did not get to enjoy. i was hoping there would at least be some coffee or breads.

front desk very friendly have to ask for utensils, utensils, etc for kitchen no ice machine in building sheets and blankets for sofa bed not in room breakfast nonexistent

Great place to stay! Close to food and shopping. Everything was easy. From check in to check out. The only negative was that we had a non-smoking room, but when we got off the elevator, the whole floor smelled like smoke. Our room was great though.
