Good hotel The room was good for one night. The only problem I had was the cigarette smell that permeated the so called “Smoke Free” room. Because the hotel was full, I couldn’t switch to another room.

First time Everything was good! Except the receptionist was clueless & slow with checking in.

People were friendly and courteous. The only problem was a one hour delay in having our room ready. I talked to a gentleman who was checking out and he had the same problem.

Could be better The room was very clean and very comfortable but the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke; that was not pleasant. The following morning, I heard a dog barking very loudly from one of the rooms as I walked down the corridor. I did not realize animals were allowed in this hotel; I would not have chosen to stay here had I know this.
