Where are the amenities? Yes, the room comes with dishes, pots n pans, etc. but you have to request them. Iron? Yup, that too, but ask ahead because you'll need to go get all these items from the desk and walk them back to your room. Shampoo? Same thing. Would have been nice to know upon checking in and not having to be discovered after you're settled into the room.

No shower head Went to take a shower, no shower head, water pouring out of the pipe.

Needs Bigger Parking ! First room had a terrible wet musty smell. Amy did correct the problem a found us a better room. Not much of breakfast.Thumbs down. Parking places are way to small and always full. Be prepared to squeeze out of you vehicle.

Mediocre hotel Asked for a non smoking room, but the room smelled like smoke. Various stains on the bathroom sink. Went to check in, and saw the two front desk flustered, one of them complaining someone is refusing to clean Room #abc. Bed/sheets not comfortable, hard to sleep. "Breakfast" is in the lobby (no seating area) and was only coffee, oatmeal packets, and prepackage granola bars.

Great no frills hotel with full kitchen I've frequently stayed in Extended Stay America's because they have a full kitchen and get cheaper the longer you stay. They're pretty no frills and this was no exception. Basically clean room and bathroom, ok Satellite service. If you need an inexpensive place to crash or access to a full kitchen, this is your place. Customer service is great. My only complaint was an uninvited 8 legged critter.

Convenient but has alot of drawbacks The kitchen studio was laid out well making the most of the small space. It wasn't exceptionally clean nor was it badly dirty.... everything was pretty mediocre including beds. When we asked for kitchen supplies, it literally took several hours til we could get anything.

great place to stay Nice place to stay. Enjoyed the free stuff you can get if your forgot your razor, tooth brush etc. Very friendly staff
