Staff was great, very friendly. Was there on a business trip so I only used the hotel at night after work. Slept well loved the breakfast

Took three times to get a room. First room had been used by smoker, Second room had paint smell. Never got cooking items promised.

Room Feedback The kitchen and bedroom are cleaned however the toilet bowl is very dirty (looked like some one had a bad runny accident). The shower curtain is too short so shower water was every where with a wet floor. My disappointment for the first time.

Overall was fine until I started getting bites. No doubt room 168 has bed bugs.

An uncomfortable stay. There seemed to be some kind of smell as if someone had recently cooked something in the room but was not aired out. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on springs. This room was nothing like the one's I've stayed at in Cypress, CA.
