Needs a good cleaning stairwell had mud on the treads and a bag of dirty linens was left in the hallway

It was close to a lot of shopping. It was clean and cozy. Extended Stay America has some unique approaches (such as no daily maid service except for extra cost) which we had not experienced before. The staff was friendly and helpful.
