Person at desk who checked us in Thanksgiving night had trouble with the computer processes involved and it took a long time. She was friendly, though, and kept trying until it worked. Couldn't tell how much it was the technology and how much was her lack of ability or training.

This is a convenient and pleasant place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff - I would love to have coffee in my room, a hairdryer and a better breakfast option - perhaps some hard boiled eggs and some bananas?
